QUICK START
⚡ Quick Start Flow — Steps 1–5

Phase 1 · Power
PREP: POWER ON
& PLUG CORDS
ON FIRST Do this ON THE GROUND before mounting
Turn Mevo ON. Plug in power cable and Lava mic cable into back of camera. Do this before you mount it on the fence.

Phase 2 · Mount
SPOT: ATTACH
THE FENCE CLIP
ABOVE UMPIRE ~1 FT RIGHT OF PLATE CLAMP TO X INTERSECTION
Clamp Fence Clip to an X intersection of chain link. Position: above the umpire's head, ~1 ft right of home plate.

⚠️ Critical Safety Warning
DO NOT POKE LENS THROUGH THE FENCE!
A hit will destroy the camera. The lens must stay FLUSH with or BEHIND the fence wire at all times. Never let it poke through an opening.

Phase 4 · Power
KEEP OFF FENCE:
SHADE THE GEAR
SHADE ↓ ECO FLOW HOTSPOT long cable runs up to camera ✗ DO NOT HANG ON FENCE
Place EcoFlow and Hotspot in shade (under chair or in bag) — never on the fence. Run long cords to camera. Turn battery ON.

Phase 5 · Stream
iPAD: GO LIVE
IN GAMECHANGER
MEVO APP check angle ⚾ GC APP ▶ GO LIVE → MEVO
Open Mevo app → check camera angle. Then open GameChanger app → tap "Go Live" → select "Mevo" as source.

💡 PRO TIPS
Audio check: Play back 30 sec after going live. Confirm Lava mic is picking up clearly. Angle away from wind.
Hotspot first: Connect iPad to Nighthawk before opening GameChanger — avoids using cellular data.
Shade = runtime: EcoFlow and iPad overheat in direct sun. Keep both shaded or in the bag.
Teardown order: ALL devices OFF → EcoFlow → Hotspot → Mevo → unplug cords → remove clip.
After every game: Charge everything. Pack cords back in bag immediately.
